Amazonia Raw塑身蛋白粉使用心得

第一胎我只胖了7公斤，基本上生完沒多久就瘦回去。但第二胎我總共胖了14公斤，生完當下才少了5公斤，實實在在9公斤的肉還在身上，原本以為餵母乳可以幫助瘦下來，可是我的奶就是這麼不爭氣，餵了三週就停了。


雖然說每種體型的人都是美麗的，但我自己就偏愛精瘦感覺，看著自己身上多出來贅肉我實在很不能接受，告訴自己不管花多久時間都沒有關係，只求慢慢回到原本的身材，甚至更好。


之前努力研究成分，找到一款有滿滿幫助消除脂肪跟增加代謝的塑身蛋白粉，而且是全素！開始幫客人代購到現在已經賣了1百多罐了，很多客人喝了之後內臟脂肪居然降了，天知道內臟脂肪有多難降，居然喝了之後很快就打破體重體脂停滯期，實在是覺得很Amazing。


我懷孕期間不能喝，不過懷孕時當然就是好好吃誰還管瘦身這件事，生完之後完全後悔自己當初為什麼要大吃大喝，搞到9公斤的肉在身上會揮之不去。


於是我又開始我的塑身蛋白粉之旅，我還特別好好紀錄一下效果，我喝了四個月，一開始真的很快有感，體重從62kg降到58kg，真的是很有感！後來繼續喝，身體線條越來越明顯，第二個月就慢慢來到55kg。後來我有發現效果有慢慢慢下來，瘦下來速度開始變得比較慢，但我也理解身體雖然有塑身蛋白粉的成分幫助我去消耗脂肪增加代謝，我自己還是需要搭配一點運動來加強效果，於是我會利用孩子睡了之後做一點徒手肌力訓練，最後再拉個筋，總共花不到我20分鐘，因為一打二一整天媽媽我也需要時間放空。就這樣喝了四個月，搭配一點運動，體重來到52kg，比懷孕前還要瘦，發現自己體型越來達到自己想要的精實身材。



62kg～52kg，這10公斤的肉，我在生完後的五個月消滅它們了，拜託不要再回來。


最後，我要承認喝了四個月我真的有喝膩，但只要有效果我還是會持續喝，而且這種快速早餐最適合我這個要一打二的媽媽了。
